The Role & Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation through development and launch. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and align with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to lead a product strategy that shapes the direction of Fuse Talent’s offerings.

• Define the product vision and strategy, and communicate it to the team.
• Prioritize product features and build product roadmaps.
• Gather customer feedback and analyze market trends to refine product direction.
